In safe hands: thanks to digital technology, ReFood can offer customers maximum flexibility.
When our employees are at the customer site, they record the number and size of containers as well as details of what and how much they contain. This is done entirely digitally using a mobile reader. Printed documents are generally not required for collections.
Thanks to digital networking, our employees also have the option of handling changes to quantities in a flexible manner or incorporating new collection points into route planning at short notice.
If required, customers can request paper documentation of services performed from our ReFood branches by phone, fax or e-mail. ReFood archives its collection documentation so it can be retrieved at any time and for any period. In addition, a web portal can be set up for individual customers to obtain information about collections.
